Responsibilities

HR BP responsibilities include the following:

  • to be a Manager for the dedicated People Partners (HR) Team
  • to be a contact person for Delivery Management in all people management issues
  • to provide Delivery Management and key people with HR Advisory for dedicated accounts
  • to be responsible for keeping all standards, metrics, and key statements of PP role for dedicated accounts
  • to be responsible for the consolidation and systematization of HR related issues information for Delivery Management
  • to identify the gaps (or areas for improvement) within the dedicated account, to initiate the ways of solution
  • to be responsible for the implementation of HR tools and initiatives for the dedicated account 
  • to analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
