Description
The role of the IT Business Partner is to proactively develop a strong relationship with the business and support resolving business needs within the available IT scope and to ensure the best quality of services provided by IT. To achieve this IT BP will have to gather business requirements and issues, take ownership to deliver solutions and answers, and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers from a few countries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Onsite Support / HelpDesk / Service Desk / Customer Support with minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience.
- Experience in cooperating with business stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: can operate successfully with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with local management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic ITIL processes.
- Ability to work independently and cooperate within an existing team of IT professionals.
- Ability to drive and take ownership of led initiatives and tasks.
- Proficient time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate status of multiple tasks simultaneously.
- English Language Level: advance level in writing, reading, speaking.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process for non-standard IT requests: This includes receiving and triaging requests, evaluating requests for feasibility and priority, and ensuring that requests are completed in accordance with established SLAs.
- Liaise with local business management stakeholders to fulfill their demands in accordance with the IT strategy and in cooperation with the Global Service Desk Manager and the Regional IT Head
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that vendors are delivering high-quality products and services and that contracts are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Supervise the IT service desk team and ensure that all incidents and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
Represent IT in internal and external audits. - Continuously evaluate and improve the IT service delivery processes to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and meet customer needs.
Promote a culture of customer service excellence and ensure that the IT team is providing exceptional support to all customers. - Ensure that the IT service delivery team is effectively managing incidents and escalations, and working with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Responsible for the IT services quality metrics control, actualization and reporting to the IT management team and Quality department.
Communicate progress and status to stakeholders, and ensure that stakeholders are informed of any changes or issues that may impact delivery. - Identify and manage risks associated with technology solutions, and ensure that appropriate risk mitigation plans are in place.
- Support IT management to develop annual budgets for respective business areas.
- Perform all necessary administrative works
- Coordinate build-outs in scope of IT area.
- Lead or take part in IT service delivery projects and participate in customer’s or cross-functional projects within IT scope.
