Description
Purchasing Department is responsible for RFI, RFQ, order placement, sourcing, relationship with the suppliers, verification and evaluation of the suppliers, contract management, reporting, maintaining iProc and Purchase Order modules in erp system and other tasks related to financial sector. We are looking for a Junior Purchasing Specialist to join the department. If you are a quick-learner, fast, accurate and attentive to details, we are looking forward to Your application!

Requirements
- Administration, Accounting or Economics degree
- Basic understanding of tax law
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, google apps)
- Teamwork and individual work skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to take initiative
Preferences
- Experience in reading and verifying legal contracts
Job Responsibilities
- Verification and settlement of travels in the system
- Maintaining effective and proper relations with suppliers or their representatives
- Validation of documents necessary for the accounting processes
- Reviewing the suppliers contracts, creation of the documents, coordination of the document workflow
- Formalizing and accounting validation of documents
- Entering documents into the purchasing system
- Supporting the preparation of closing month reports
