Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications and expérience may substitute for a degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years focused on OT security.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, or other OT environments.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
• Strong understanding of both IT and OT systems, including their integration points and security challenges.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies, especially those used in OT environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English and collaboration skills.
Preferred Certifications:
• Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA)
• SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)


Job Responsibilities

The OT/IoT security specialist are responsible for deep understanding of both IT and OT systems. This role serves as an expert within service and system design ensuring effective operation and integration and operation of security tools.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement network segmentation strategies to protect critical OT assets.
• Design and implement internal and client escalation process to work effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
• Monitor OT networks and systems for security breaches, unusual activity, and potential threats.
• Work closely with IT security teams to ensure comprehensive threat detection and response across both IT and OT environments.
• Lead or participate in incident response efforts specific to OT security incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans tailored for OT environments.
