Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer with a focus on backend development and model serving to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing scalable backend systems and deploying machine learning models using Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Flask, FastAPI, Azure ML, and Databricks is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities
Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and implement robust backend systems using Python.
- Create RESTful APIs and microservices to support the integration of various applications and services.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
Model Serving:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models into production.
- Integrate with data engineering and data science teams to understand model serving requirements.
- Implement best practices for model serving including monitoring, scaling, and versioning.
