Description
Cloud RAN Department – Project aiming to get feature parity for legacy RAN features in Cloud RAN
Requirements
Highly skilled in SW design C-programming, and C++ programming on GPP.
− Good 3GPP radio access standardization knowledge, including radio access algorithms, radio access protocols.
− Experience with developing/systemizing/testing software for 5G L2/L3 protocols.
− Good knowledge of test methodology, test tools and simulators on system as well as node level. Some test cases and scenarios are automated, so good/excellent knowledge in Java, Perl, XML, Python languages and frameworks is a must.
− Good understanding of Linux and able to use DPDK and Smart Network Interface cards to optimize the data processing path.
− Understand concepts like Docker containers, Kubernetes deployment, Helm charts and canary deployment.
− Experience of Cloud-Native Development Pipeline principles and tools – CI/CD (DevOps), Jenkins, Spinnaker is an asset.
− Good knowledge in Git, Gerrit and Jira.
− Be able to work with SW design, SW implementation and SW verification/integration. − Knowledge about agile and lean ways of working.
− Self-driven and proactive approach.
− Good (not only basic) English knowledge – understand, speak, and write.
− Excellent communication skills.
− Good documentation skills.
Job Responsibilities
Handle tasks ranging from systemization/design to SW development, and test of the features they are developing.

• Troubleshooting and trouble Report (TR) corrections for both internal and customer TR’s
