I<\/span> give to the company GlobalLogic Corp. UK Ltd, of Apex 3 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH12 5HD (hereinafter \u201cGL\u201d) my consent to use and reproduce \u2013 with neither geographical nor temporal restriction nor with any restriction as to the medium and number of copies \u2013 my image and, if applicable, my voice, quotes and comments (hereinafter together the \u201cImage\u201d) recorded in any form (photo\/video) in connection with my participation in GL’s You\u2019ve Got Space<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 for promotional and image-building purposes of GL, as well as entities from the corporate group to which GL belongs. I understand that the Image may contain information that can be derived from the photo or film recording, e.g., my ethnic origin, religious affiliation or health data about me.<\/span><\/p>\n

The use and dissemination of the Image may consist in particular in its publishing in original and\/or amended (edited) form, including on the GL website and websites of entities of the corporate group to which GL belongs, on the intranet, and in social media, on Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn etc., in newsletter, and during public appearances, conferences and job fairs, in each case in a manner that may allow an unrestricted number of people to view it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I am hereby expressly advised that photos and videos published on the Internet and social networks may be distributed worldwide and may be accessed, downloaded, edited and reproduced by third parties. GL cannot provide any safeguards against such forms of use. It may therefore happen that even after deletion by GL, the photos and\/or videos can be found elsewhere on the Internet.<\/span><\/p>\n

This consent encompasses the reproduction of the Image using all available techniques and methods and on all carriers of images and sound, including saving the Image in the memory of computers and ICT networks, TV networks, radio and television networks as well as the marketing, lending and\/or rental of copies on which such material has been recorded.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Image may be used in various types of image processing, cropping, and composition, as well as used together with the images of other persons \u2013 with no obligation to acquire acceptance of the final product \u2013 but not in forms that could be offensive or are generally considered unethical.<\/span><\/p>\n

This consent also encompasses authorisation for GL to alter the Image by adding a description composed of words and\/or images, as well as potentially my name and surname, as GL sees fit in service of enhancing the positive image of GL and for informational purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

I hereby declare that I have given my consent to the use and distribution of the Image voluntarily, for no consideration in return. I hereby waive any and all claims for fees and compensation to which I may be entitled against GL (or affiliated companies) in connection with the production, duplication, distribution, exhibition or public reproduction of the Images.<\/span><\/p>\n

This consent is valid for an unlimited period of time until it is withdrawn. The withdrawal is only valid for the future and will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If the consent is not withdrawn, it shall continue to apply even after I have left the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

The withdrawal of consent can be declared without giving reasons at any time and can be limited to individual types of use or media. It should be sent to: <\/span>privacy@GlobalLogic.com<\/span><\/a>. We will ensure that we comply with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of the Image and your contact details and any related personal data.\u00a0 We will process the Image and your contact details any related personal data in accordance with the \u201cInformation about the processing of personal data\u201d that is attached to this Consent form.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your Image constitutes your personal data. GlobalLogic Corp. UK Ltd , a company registered in Scotland (hereinafter: \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cGlobalLogic\u201d) will process it as the controller, adhering to the rules set out by the relevant provisions of law, for such purposes and in such scope as you have consented to with regards to its use and dissemination.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The legal basis for our activity is your freely given consent (Art. 6 (1) UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)), and its purpose is to promote the GlobalLogic brand, building a positive image of GlobalLogic, and informing about our activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

We intend to process your Image in the above context essentially for a period of 30 years from the granting of your consent, however, with consideration to its planned dissemination in accordance with your consent, it may be made perpetually available in such media as the Internet \u2013 thus the list of potential recipients of your Image is unlimited. The period of processing may, however, be extended in case of any claims, any disputes or if we are required to do so due to relevant legal requirement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to dissemination, access to your Image may be given to persons working on our behalf to conduct the photo session and video recording and engaged in the editing \/ post-production, as well as duly authorised employees and contractors of GlobalLogic, within such scope as is necessary for the performance of their duties, including also companies from the GlobalLogic group.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your data may be transferred, for example, to providers of hosting services or ICT services, other entities that provide to us technical or organizational assistance in marketing actions, including webservices where your Image may be published. We may also be obligated \u2013 if there is a legal basis for that \u2013 to disclose certain information to public authorities as required by proceedings conducted by them.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event that your consent to the use of the image indicates that it will be also used and disseminated by the indicated GlobalLogic partners, your image will be made available to them for this purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

GlobalLogic operates on a worldwide basis, which means that some companies in the GlobalLogic group are located outside the UK. Each time when personal data is transferred outside the UK, GlobalLogic applies all required security measures, including e.g. standard data protection clauses adopted by the ICO.
