Ethan Matyas

Ethan Matyas is the Chief Delivery Officer at GlobalLogic, where he leads Engineering & Delivery, business transformation, and scaling innovation through strategic programs.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, he served as Head of Delivery for the Americas at EPAM Systems, overseeing end-to-end service delivery for a $3B+ services portfolio and a team of over 30,000 spanning 60 countries. His scope at EPAM included leadership of Latin America delivery centers and co-head of EPAM’s Cloud practice.

Before EPAM, Ethan led technology at Foundation Medicine (a subsidiary of Roche), where he drove technology development for multiple oncology-focused genomic tests launched in the U.S., EU, Japan, and later China.

Ethan brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering and scaled engineering services, with deep domain expertise in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Publishing, Digital Technology, and other sectors.

He is based in Boulder, Colorado, originally hails from Chicago, and is a lifelong Cubs fan.
