Rajyadhyaksha (Raj) Narayanaswamy is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of global leadership experience in engineering services. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing, multicultural teams across North America, India and Japan enabling multinational corporations to scale their technology capabilities and market presence.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Raj served as the Country Head for L&T Technology Services in Japan. In this role, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company's regional presence, significantly driving market share growth across high-growth verticals including mobility, sustainability, and technology segments.

The vast majority of Raj’s distinguished career was spent with HCL Technologies Limited, where he held multiple leadership positions and contributed heavily to global technology delivery, business development, and enterprise account management. He began his professional career selling power semiconductors, managing direct customer relationships and market entry across the US, APAC, and Europe.

Raj is an avid reader and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys playing golf as well as learning about local traditions. He values family time and seamlessly balances his leadership journey with personal well-being.
