We’re looking for a Principal Salesforce Engineer/ Salesforce Tech Lead  who can act in a ‘Deputy Salesforce Lead’ capacity providing both technical (development) and Salesforce architectural guidance to other senior developers in the team.

Requirements

• Salesforce product knowledge and experience
• Proficiency with MS Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce and Java
• General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript,
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and create technical documentation
• Nice to have: Familiarity with developing on cloud platforms (AWS)

Job responsibilities

• Custom Salesforce Development: Design, code, and implement scalable solutions using Apex (backend) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Visualforce (frontend).
• System Integration: Leverage Java and general web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to connect Salesforce with external systems and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from environment setup in Visual Studio Code to deployment, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• UI/UX Standards: Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces that align with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Technical Documentation: Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture.
• Platform Optimization: Conduct code reviews and performance tuning to ensure the Salesforce org remains efficient and scalable as data volume grows.
