We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Industry CTO to spearhead our growth and solutions strategy within the Financial Services sector.
This is a high-impact role that will focus on developing new offerings & capabilities and applying it towards shaping large transformational deals.
The role would be reporting into the Financial Services Business Unit Head.
Deep industry expertise:
20+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, with a strong focus on Banking and/or Insurance.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies such as: Digital transformation initiatives (cloud migration, AI/ML adoption, data analytics) ; Regulatory landscape and compliance requirements (e.g., PSD2, GDPR) ; Fintech disruption and innovation (e.g., blockchain, open banking) ; Cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies
Experience working with various business models and operating structures within the Financial Services sector (e.g., retail banks, investment banks, insurance companies, asset management firms)
Proven track record of success:
Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale technology initiatives within the Financial Services industry.
Experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
Measurable achievements in driving revenue growth or market share within a Financial Services organization.
Examples of successful client engagements and partnerships.
Relationship building and networking:
Extensive network of industry contacts, including senior executives within client organizations, technology partners, and industry influencers.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Santa Clara is $200,000-225,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
