Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, including a minimum of 2 years in a Leadership position.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture.
• Experience with component libraries like Storybook, Material UI, etc.
• Familiarity with build systems and tools like Figma or Zeplin.
• Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, etc.).
• Experience with code splitting, lazy loading, and performance optimization.
• Outstanding communication skills and a track record of engaging with clients firsthand.

Job responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of React-based web applications.
• Build and implement reusable UI components using modern libraries and patterns.
• Engage directly with clients to collect requirements, propose solutions, and reach consensus on technical choices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI developers to ensure consistent build systems.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Work closely with backend engineers to define API contracts and data flows.
• Promote the use of guidelines in performance, accessibility, and testing.
