Will need to support / monitor application health and triage issues during weekends and work in weekend schedule as needed.
24*7 on call support role working with offshore team.
– 7+ years of experience in customer support or product support roles.
– Strong knowledge of .Net and Microservices technologies.
– Experience with various databases like Oracle, SQL / PL-SQL, MongoDB, and database troubleshooting.
– Hands-on experience in application support, log analysis, and debugging.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to lead and mentor team members at offshore locations.
– Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure efficient performance and availability.
– Work with .Net-based microservices / APIs and applications to analyze code and fix issues.
– Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for advanced issues.
– Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
– Participate in deployment and release activities to ensure seamless transitions.
– Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner, adhering to defined SLAs.
– Troubleshoot technical issues related to applications, databases, networks, and infrastructure components.
– Implement fixes, patches, and updates to resolve issues and improve system stability.
– Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and operational procedures for future reference.
– Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
– Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and address bug fixes and improvements.
– Participate in change management processes, including the review and approval of production changes.
– Provide technical support and mentorship to end-users, including training and troubleshooting assistance.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to optimize system reliability and efficiency.
– Stay updated on new technologies and guidelines in production support and IT operations.
