The project is a leading-edge platform dedicated to Advanced Analytics, Big Data, and AI, designed to manage extensive analytics and AI operations over large data volumes with great flexibility. It provides a complete Azure-based set of tools for Big Data and Machine Learning projects. This initiative plays a key role in advancing the automotive industry by leveraging data to explore new opportunities, enhance efficiency, and foster a focus on data-driven automotive technology and solutions.

Requirements

• +2 years experience as a Backend Python Developer (ex: FastAPI, PyTest, asyncio, alembic, poetry, pdb, Gunicorn & Uvicorn, RESTful, bash, make, ssh, VMs etc.);
• Experience as a DevOps Engineer and proficiency with Docker and experience with K8S;
• Proficiency in functional and reactive programming techniques
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud (ex: ADLS, ADF, etc.);
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
• experience with CI/CD;
• experience with E2E testing;

 

Nice to have but not mandatory:
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Pulumi;
• Experience with: Celery, Redis, SQL, Aviatrix;

Other:
• Strong understanding of technical and business requirements;
• Experience with projects that start from ideation, ability to drive discussions and provide consultancy;
• Resilient, proactive, trustworthy, transparent and team oriented;
• Proficient communication skills in English;

Job responsibilities

• Manage application infrastructure with Pulumi in Python language;
• Automate Build/deployments (CI/CD);
• Coordinate with development teams to fix issues, release new code;
• Implement High available, auto-scaling, Fault tolerant, secure setup;
• Implement automated jobs tasks like backups, cleanup, start-stop;
• Configure monitoring alerts/alarms and act on any outages/incidents;
• Understand client requirements propose solutions and ensure delivery;
• Innovate and actively look for improvements in overall infrastructure;
• Consuming and providing REST APIs using Python and frameworks like FastAPI;
• Reviewing software design, code and other deliverables created by your team to guarantee;
• high-quality results;
• Writing behavioral tests and unit tests with Pytest;
• Creating new infrastructure for customers using infrastructure as code like Pulumi or Terraform;
• Challenging current practices, giving feedback to colleagues and encouraging software development best-practices to build the best solution for our users;
