Description

Able to contribute individually as well as a QA lead and also contribute to the delivery being part of an upgrade group
Identify upgrade scope for manual (and automation testing in the future)
Write/Manage test cases according to Acceptance Criteria. And, contribute to upgrade estimations and planning activities
Participate in manual functional and exploratory testing
When appropriate, escalate risks and propose mitigations
Help build good quality culture in the QA team
Ensure 100% manual (and automation in the future) test execution for all the upgrades
Communicate and collaborate with Development Teams, Managers and Client Co-Ordinators
Manage/Produce quality reports for the upgrade team

Requirements

We are looking for QA engineers with strong problem-solving skills with prior Aras PLM experience

  1. Good verbal and written communication 
  2. Demonstrated good testing expertise
  3. Experience working with remote teams
  4. Understanding of the Agile/SAFe model
  5. Strong software quality assurance knowledge
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Excellent time management skills
  8. Ability to define and read Quality Metrics for self and a small team
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  10. Proficient in managining and improving deliverables from a small QA team (4-5 members)
  11. Good understanding of Test Automation (e.g.: Selenium Web Driver, Cypress, SOAPUI, JMeter, etc.,) is a plus
  12. Experience with the Microsoft Stack (IIS, SQL Server, Microsoft Office) a plus
