Job responsibilities

This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for a tenured coordinator who has “been there, done that” when it comes to recruiting operations, but still enjoys being in the thick of logistics and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Interview Scheduling: Manage high-volume, complex scheduling across multiple time zones (domestic and international) for interviews, recruiter intake calls, debriefs, and other recruiting-related meetings.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers; provide timely and professional communication across all parties.
Global Team Collaboration: Coordinate efforts with both domestic and international recruiting and HR partners to ensure alignment across regions and time zones.
TA Reporting: Support talent acquisition reporting by pulling data, maintaining tracking documents, and assisting with dashboards or metrics reporting.
Onboarding & Background Checks: Partner with HR and external vendors to ensure background checks are completed/cleared and onboarding documentation is accurate and timely.
Process Support: Help maintain and improve recruiting operations processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
