Requirements

We are looking for a AI/ML Engineer to join the AI PDLC Pilot team, focused on the Engineering Studies Pilot for our client.

This role is perfect for an R&D-focused engineer with deep expertise in Generative and Agentic AI, ready to take ownership of complex, production-grade AI systems and contribute to document-related workflows within the Healthcare domain.

• Deep knowledge of machine learning techniques, NLP, LLMs, and data-driven AI architectures, with hands-on experience designing and deploying complex, production-grade AI systems.
• Experience with AI development tools and frameworks such as AWS Bedrock, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, AutoGen, and transformer-based models.
• Experience building autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows (Agentic Orchestration).
• Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector search, and real-time APIs.
• Hands-on experience in LLM and Agent evaluation.
• Experience with the AWS-based cloud ecosystem, including AWS Bedrock and Lambda.
• Expertise in designing scalable, robust, and secure AI systems (System Design and Architecture).
• R&D focused with the ability to iterate quickly, take ownership, and deliver independently.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to Have Previous Experience

• Prior experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Experience with document generation.

Job responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex, production-grade AI systems and multi-agent workflows for the project tracks: planning of engineering studies, creating/updating documents, and quality checks.
• Build and optimize core AI components, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector search capabilities.
• Implement real-time APIs and cloud infrastructure components using the AWS ecosystem, including AWS Bedrock and Lambda.
• Conduct hands-on LLM and Agent evaluation to ensure the performance and reliability of the deployed system.
• Take full ownership of development tasks, working independently and iterating quickly to meet project timelines.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and system design, ensuring scalable, robust, and secure AI solutions.
• Collaborate with the team on either model development or backend infrastructure, in line with project needs.
