Description
We are looking for a talented talented Associate Manager for the project which is related with advertisement insertion and delivery for different platforms. Web platform is just one of them. Customer’s patented technology provides a full ecosystem (Ad Server, Custom Video Player, and Marketplace) for serving video ads.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in software development including experience as a technical lead
+ years of project management experience
Experience of managing a team of 10+ engineers or several threads, including mentoring team members
Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
Proven experience in establishing / tailoring project process
Capability to recognize weak points, risks, dependencies and ability to address them
Strong grasp of modern SDLC methodologies and management principles/techniques
Is well versed or has hands-on experience with ci/cd process, latest cloud technologies and best-practices
Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
Autonomy, versatility and proactivity is a must
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Job Responsibilities
Engineering manager who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day project planning and execution of software development program in the sport domain. This position will include driving engineering execution, technical leadership, project planning, documentation, communication, and management reporting.
You will design, produce and maintain the solution in compliance with the roadmap and release plans, meet the requirements defined by the Product Manager.
Lead a team of 10+ engineers, including engineers from the client team
Collaborate with the Product Manager on the product definition, backlog refinement, participate in functionality analyzes and risks
Drive meetings, ensure resources availability and dependencies within and outside GlobalLogic team
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of project
Track project progress, measure performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Collaborate with the Architects and Team Leads
Validate the technical relevance and compliance with standards, consider and propose the technical evolutions of the soluti
Manage the team as Project Manager. Be the relay of the HR function within the team (setting objectives, IDPs, 1×1 sessions, validating leaves, training needs, etc.)
Support the client escalation process: communicate regularly on progress and actions to be carried out, contribute to establishing decision-making diagnostic analyzes for qualifying the identified problems
