Rajiv Naithani, Associate Vice President of People Development for GlobalLogic’s India campus, won the “Young HR Professional of the Year” award at the 5th Asia’s Best Employer Brands Awards 2014. Hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, this annual event recognizes organizations and individuals who help create a culture of innovation in the workplace and make a positive impact on the “brand experience” of their employees.
With over a decade of human resources and learning and development experience in the IT industry, Rajiv Naithani was selected for the Young HR Professional of the Year award because of his success in engaging GlobalLogic India’s employees through a variety of assessment, innovation, and career development programs. From establishing an Innovation Seeding Group that encourages employees to develop solutions for real-life business issues to launching a Talent Management program that identifies future leaders and provides them with a customized growth plan, Rajiv’s forward-thinking initiatives have helped make GlobalLogic one of the TOP50 companies to work for, as ranked by SiliconIndia.
