Sumit Sood

Sumit is a Director in GlobalLogic India Private Limited and GlobalLogic Technologies Private Limited. Sumit is also SVP and Head of Asia Pacific (APAC) region. He is a tenured executive with over 19 years of global experience in the IT services industry. With a focus on managing large engineering and digital opportunities in the Asia Pacific region, he is responsible for GlobalLogic’s India operations. Sumit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Punjab Engineering College, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (Finance) from XLRI. He is a founding member of the World Wide Institute of Software Architects.

Lila Firoz Poonawala

Lila is an Independent Director in GlobalLogic India Private Limited and GlobalLogic Technologies Private Limited. She is a Padma Shri recipient – the fourth highest civilian award in the Republic of India. She graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune. Along with her husband, she established Lila Poonawalla Foundation (LPF) a Nonprofit Public Charitable Trust in India, accredited by the Credibility Alliance. LPF works towards the cause of women empowerment and education by offering merit-cum-need based scholarship and skill-building programs.

Rajat Kumar Mehta

Rajat is a Board Member of GlobalLogic India Private Limited and GlobalLogic  Technologies Private Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant and also a Company Secretary. As VP, Finance for GlobalLogic India, he heads financial management strategy and contributes to the development of organizational goals. He has a high level of business acumen and interpersonal skills to lead complex transformational initiatives, partnering with geographically diverse global teams.
