Ketan Karia is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of global leadership experience in product and platform engineering. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing, multicultural teams across North America, Europe, India, Mexico and Israel, helping enterprises and software companies accelerate time-to-market, optimize total cost of ownership and build revenue-generating digital products and platforms.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Ketan served as Chief Delivery Officer at Ness Digital Engineering, a KKR company. In this role, he held P&L responsibility and led a global engineering organization across 11 delivery locations and four industry verticals, including financial services. He drove double-digit revenue growth, improved margins, led M&A activity and post-acquisition integration, and championed AI adoption to strengthen talent capabilities and engineering productivity.

Ketan's tenure at Ness included several leadership positions, and he played a pivotal role in scaling the company's Eastern European engineering strength to 1,500 professionals and in establishing global R&D centers for leading product companies. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and served as Chief Delivery Officer of Prescient Infotech, a software services venture specializing in outsourced product development.

Outside of work, he is an avid traveller and photography enthusiast and is working toward his goal of visiting 50 countries.
