Mike Connors

Mike Connors is a Senior Vice President and Industry Leader for the Financial Services and Consumer business units in the Americas. He brings over 20 years of experience helping clients design, build, and deliver next-generation products and digital experiences.

Mike has cross-functional expertise and has helped many clients transform their businesses by focusing on the customer, optimizing processes, and integrating digital solutions throughout the client lifecycle.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Mike spent seven years as a Vice President of Financial Services at EPAM, where he successfully led a business unit and built deep partnerships across the industry. Before EPAM, he worked in transformation consulting at Accenture and EY, following eight years in the industry at Northern Trust.

Mike lives in New York City with his wife, Lara. He enjoys traveling, cooking, golf, tennis, and spending time with their two young sons, Luca and Kai.
