GlobalLogic already has 10,000 GenAI trained engineers in India in its total 30,000 engineering workforce distributed across the globe.
The key skills that they are working with are Python and Java to ensure language capabilities among engineers. We are not just hiring people who know this, but people who have learning agility.
The skill in technology is rapidly changing in this domain. It's extremely important to not just hire for those skills and technologies, but also to be able to sense what my clients and the technologies that are coming in future.
