Description

The client has already a AWS Connect solution today (implemented with a Salesforce partner) but are looking at transitioning away to a new partner and eventually bringing in the expertise in-house.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in cloud technologies and AWS services, demonstrating a solid understanding of AWS Connect and related tools.
• This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements and collaboration across different time zones.

Required Skills:

• Foundational understanding of AWS services, particularly AWS Connect and AWS Lambda.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing principles and practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in cloud environments.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with AWS Connect is highly valued and will enhance the ability to contribute effectively to the team.

Job responsibilities

• Maintain AWS Connect solutions to enhance customer engagement and support.
• Maintain AWS Lambda functions to automate various processes.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions under guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services

• Support the integration of AWS Connect with other systems and applications.
• Learn and apply new technologies and tools relevant to AWS and cloud computing.
• Contribute under guidance to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
