Description

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Having total 2-4 Years of experience as Techno functional consultant for WFM domain.
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in Workforce Time & Attendance as Configuration specialist.
  • Good Experience in writing complex SQL queries.
  • Shall have experience of End-to-end implementation of Workforce product
  • Ability to understand complex business requirement and provide optimized solutions for the same.
  • Proficiency at requirement capturing and develop scope documentation and time estimation.
  • Must have Hands on experience in Service Request Tickets (SRQ).
  • Having good analytical skills, ability to work individually and in a group.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Shall have experience working in Salesforce and JIRA for ticket raising and issue tracking purpose.
  • Working knowledge on Crystal reports, OTBI reports.
  • Well experienced in requirement analysis and time estimation.
