Objectives of this role
•Looking for 15 + yrs exp Band 4 Director role with good Life Sciences domain exp
•Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Manage program assessment for evaluation of program health and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Manage customer satisfaction, value addition and customer escalations
Responsibilities
• Work closely with senior leadership, project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project leaders to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for projects
• Manage program and project teams for optimal execution within aligned budgets, timelines and quality expectations
• Manage coordination of support across internal organizational groups and external entities, account management and sales teams
• Proactively drive consultation with the customer for driving the success of the programs
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for external and internal stakeholders
• Manage proposal development and submission in collaboration with sales teams and various organizational functions
Required skills and qualifications
• Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Experience in stakeholder management and risk management
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Preferred skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering
• Experience in proposals and presales
