Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Frontend Lead to join our expanding
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading front-end development
initiatives, guiding architectural decisions, and mentoring a team of developers to
deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications. This role necessitates
extensive expertise in Angular, Node, React JS and modern JavaScript, coupled with robust leadership
and mentoring capabilities.

 

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
● Over 10 years of professional experience in front-end development with profound hands-
on expertise in Angular, Node, React JS and its associated ecosystem.
● In-depth understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
● Proven experience with state management tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or
Context API.
● Expertise in React Hooks, Functional Components, Routing (React Router), and modern
front-end architectures.
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
● Proficiency in UI frameworks and libraries including Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind
CSS.

● Experience with front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
● Strong background in testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and
Cypress.
● Proficiency in version control (Git) and demonstrated experience with CI/CD processes.
● Solid understanding of performance optimization, code splitting, lazy loading, and
caching strategies.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
● Superior communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the design, architecture, and development of contemporary front-end applications
utilizing Angular, Node JS & React.
● Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and other
stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
● Define and enforce front-end best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
● Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers through comprehensive code reviews,
technical discussions, and hands-on development.
● Drive initiatives for performance optimization, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser
compatibility.
● Assume ownership of the front-end build pipeline, deployments, and version control
processes.
● Collaborate with DevOps and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure seamless
Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) integration, automated testing, and
deployment.
● Maintain currency with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends, evaluating
their suitability for adoption as appropriate.
● Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, design documents, and
architectural decision records.
