We are looking for a Senior QA Automation to join our teams!

The QA Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and reliability of the Mandiant Security Validation Application. This role requires a hybrid approach, combining meticulous manual testing with the design and execution of automated test cases to validate the effectiveness of the enterprise software platform.

Requirements

A. Core Technical Skills
-. Languages & Tools: Proficiency in Python for test automation.
-.Automation: Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Selenium.
-. Testing: Proven experience writing automated test cases and conducting manual testing.
-. Domain: Experience testing Enterprise software platforms.

B. Common Skill Sets
-. Agile Methodology: Proven track record of working within an agile framework, including sprints, stand-ups, and backlog management.
-. Version Control: Mastery of Git, including branching, merging, and code review processes.
-. Code Quality: Ability to produce clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Experience with unit and integration testing is essential.
-. CI/CD: Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
-. UI/UX Design: Experience working with established design systems and translating high-fidelity mockups into functional UI components.

 

Job responsibilities

A. Testing Strategy & Execution (Manual & Automation)
– Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and scripts for new features, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
-. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases using required tools and programming languages.
Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
Investigate, replicate, and accurately document software defects and issues for the development teams.
– Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to verify fixes and ensure product stability.

B. Automation & CI/CD
-. Write automated test cases using Python, Selenium, and Jenkins.
-. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation framework and test infrastructure.
-. Understand and integrate testing into continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines.

C. Collaboration & Documentation
-. Collaborate with product and UX teams to understand requirements and refine user journeys and interactions.
-. Produce clean, well-documented, and maintainable code for test scripts.
-. Log, track, and manage testing activities and defects using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
