Requirements

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer specializing in Python application development to lead our software engineering efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices in Python programming. You will play a key role in shaping our application development strategy, mentoring engineers, and driving the development of robust, scalable applications.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software application development, with a strong focus on Python.
Proven experience in designing and building complex, high-performance applications.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Proficiency with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch).

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience in leading projects and driving technical discussions.
