For Testing Services department, we are hiring a Senior Service Delivery Consultant who is a highly skilled professional in areas of testing engineering, consulting, and operation of SaaS / BPaaS solutions with fucus on continuous testing and test automation to ensure the successful support and maintenance of SimCorp clients.

You will have a great opportunity to use your test expertise to contribute to development and optimization of our services (Continuous Testing, Configuration Deployment, Conventional Upgrade, Implementation, and Test Management).
To succeed we expect the Senior Service Delivery Consultant possess leadership skills, actively support and promote continuous learning and improvement practices based on Agile & Lean methodology, employ creative and innovative approaches in testing, and collaborate with local and global teams within SimCorp.

Requirements

 Play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the seamless integration of automated tests within our pipeline
 Independently create well-structured automated test cases based on analyzed customer requirements
 Leverage cutting-edge AI & ML technologies to design and implement advanced automated test suites contributing to increasing efficiency of testing.
 Report detected deviations and carrying them out through the whole defect lifecycle
 Lead collaboration with product development and business units at SimCorp to reduce dependency and remove impediments
 Conduct regular meetings with clients
 Lead project planning and execution on a team level
 Actively participate in relevant CoPs (Community of Practice)
 Accelerate knowledge transfer by conducting training, ad-hoc coaching and help in boosting x-teams collaboration

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications:

 Knowledge of software upgrade and implementation project processes, Software Testing Life Cycle, incident management, standard test deliverables
 Have 5+ year experience in testing role working on complex systems ideally within a financial domain
 Experience in implementation of Agile practices and frameworks
 Previous experience in test automation is required
 Unsupervised design, development and implementation of test automation scripts is a plus.
 Familiar with SQL able to write scripts to manipulate data
 A relevant software testing qualification/s e.g. ISTQB (or equivalent) is a plus
 Upper-intermediate English
