Vikas Kaul

Leading the organization’s global people strategy with a focus on culture, talent development, organizational agility, and workforce innovation. With over two decades of HR and business leadership experience, Vikas plays a pivotal role in enabling GlobalLogic’s continued growth as a destination for top global digital talent.

Since joining Hitachi in 2010 as the first employee of Hitachi Consulting India, Vikas has held a range of strategic leadership roles across the Hitachi ecosystem, including CHRO of Hitachi Consulting, SVP of HR Transformation & Operations at Hitachi Vantara, and most recently, Deputy CHRO of Hitachi Digital. In April 2024, he also took on expanded responsibilities leading HR Shared Services Strategy and HR COE Enablement for Hitachi’s Digital Systems & Services (DSS) sector.

His career has spanned regional and global leadership positions—across India, Asia-Pacific, and now the United States since relocating to Dallas in 2018. Known for his ability to drive transformation across complex, matrixed organizations, Vikas has built and scaled HR centers of excellence, led enterprise-wide change initiatives, and strengthened the employee experience for thousands of professionals across the globe.

Prior to Hitachi, Vikas held senior HR roles at IBM and Emageon, where he built high-performing HR organizations to support business growth and service excellence.

Vikas lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two daughters. He is passionate about building inclusive, purpose-driven organizations where people thrive and innovation flourishes.
