Requirements

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Java Selenium Automation and some Manual experienced Engineer to join our dynamic QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and test scripts for our web applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks(test scripts) using Java and Selenium WebDriver.

Write clear, concise, and well-documented automated and manual test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.

Analyze requirements, user stories, and design specifications to determine automation testability and coverage.

Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and identify, document, and track defects in a defect tracking system.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation frameworks and testing processes.

Participate in code reviews of automation scripts to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

Participate in manual testing efforts when required.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (3-7 years) in designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver for web applications.

Strong proficiency in Java programming language.

Solid understanding of Selenium WebDriver architecture and its various components (e.g., Locators, Waits, Grid).

Experience with test automation frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.

Familiarity with Page Object Model (POM) design pattern and other automation best practices.

Experience with defect tracking tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

Documentation:
Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
