Project: 

Security and Entitlements are fundamental elements of our client ’s Risk and Compliance platform, including authentication, data encryption, and enabling customers to track and manage the products and features they have licensed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience with authentication and data encryption technologies, entitlements and pricing for B2B SaaS products
• Track record of successfully leading platform services development from concept to launch, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Passion and experience in building scalable, robust and reliable services that can be leveraged by other product teams
• Technical fluency to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate product vision and strategy
• Comfort working in an enterprise environment as part of a larger product portfolio
• Bonus: Experience and knowledge with Authorization and user identity management

Job responsibilities

• Build, manage, and evangelize the security and entitlements roadmap and strategy
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from requirements discovery through planning, development, and go-to-market activities
• Partner in customer and market discovery to surface top challenges and identify product opportunities
• Leverage customer, market, and product data to uncover insights and inform product decisions and prioritization
• Work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams to design and validate product solutions
• Work closely with engineering and design partners to ship the solutions
• Define and track success metrics, analyze feedback, and iterate
• Support with product launches, including go-to-market and enablement activities
• Balance new feature work with addressing customer issues and incremental improvements to existing services
