This unit is responsible for analyzing complex datasets to drive product innovation and improve customer experiences. As part of this group, you will work alongside product teams and other analysts to uncover patterns, define key metrics, and translate raw data into actionable business recommendations that directly influence decision-making and product optimization

Requirements

Working from client office: 3/5days

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineering with strong experience in building and optimizing data pipelines as well as creating data models for analysis and dashboards. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to ensure data is clean, reliable, and optimized for reporting. You will take initiative to drive improvements in complex environments and recommend best practices for data architecture.

Job responsibilities

Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain data pipelines.
• Data Quality: Create and schedule jobs to produce clean, reliable, and well-structured data tables.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to ensure data is optimized for reporting and visualization.
• Architecture & Strategy: Recommend best practices for data architecture, performance, and maintenance.
• Visualization: Design and build dashboards to support data visualization and reporting.

Skillset To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are required:

Must Have Technical Skills:
• Proven experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Proven experience with SQL.
• Hands-on experience working with Python.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and automation.

Tools & Visualization:
• Experience working with visualization tools like PowerBI, ADX, etc.

Nice to Have:
• Experience working with nested data formats such as JSON.

Soft Skills & Work Style:
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive improvements in complex environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
