Requirements

• Working knowledge building and deploying customer facing Azure applications
• Working knowledge building Customer Identity Access Management solutions
• Working knowledge of Jira/ADO, CI/CD tooling and general DevOps experience
• Strong working experience developing and implementing APIs ideally on .Net and Azure platforms
• Strong working knowledge developing and implementing .NET applications using MVC, MVP or MVVM design patterns
• Strong working knowledge of frontend development languages such as Xmal, React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Working knowledge building applications utilizing backend languages such as C# and JavaScript
• Strong experience using Integrated Development tools such as Visual Studio, Cloud9 

• Mobile application technology experience; understanding platforms such as .NET Maui or Xamarin (nice to have)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, Product Managers and Cybersecurity teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to lead change and be a change agent
• Previous experience building, mentoring and leading high performing engineering teams
• Previous experience building or maintaining Retail technology or unified commerce systems (nice to have)
