Description

GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced eLearning professionals with 2+ years in content development using Articulate Rise and Storyline, Camtasia strong instructional design knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This is for 6 Months contract

Requirements

• 2–8 years in eLearning content development; 2–3 years in a lead/supervisory role preferred
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia; knowledge of Vyond, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is a plus
• Graduate degree with valid Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo
• Strong grasp of instructional design and adult learning principles (ADDIE/SAM)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to interpret storyboards and work independently
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with LMS, SCORM, and basic scripting (JavaScript in Storyline is a plus)

Job responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Convert storyboards, SME inputs, and classroom recordings into engaging online learning content
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning experiences
• Write and refine audio scripts that align with course content and multimedia elements
• Create and edit training videos using tools like Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Vyond
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather accurate content and feedback
• Ensure all content is high-quality, error-free, and consistent with branding and instructional standards
• Manage multiple eLearning projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
• Revise and update learning materials based on SME feedback and maintain version control
• Follow established style guides and templates for content development
