LuJean Smith serves as GlobalLogic’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), where she is focused on elevating the company’s brand, showcasing GlobalLogic VelocityAI offerings, highlighting synergies with Hitachi to support a “True One Hitachi” vision and driving growth through high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs.

As CMO, LuJean leads GlobalLogic’s global marketing strategy, amplifying the organization’s position as a market-leading digital engineering partner for the world’s most successful companies. LuJean is responsible for brand management, global and regional marketing programs, marketing channel selection and development, internal and external communications, tradeshows and events, brand and solutions messaging and content development.

LuJean’s award-winning career as a marketing strategist and results-oriented, transformative leader spans three decades. She has held senior marketing leadership roles at prominent technology and consulting firms such as Siemens, GE, Accenture and Cognizant, including serving as CMO for Cognizant’s $5.6B Health Sciences business. Her expertise includes aligning marketing strategy with business priorities, building differentiated corporate and solutions messaging, creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and leading high-performing teams with vision, empathy and accountability.

LuJean holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, both from Western Oregon University. She lives in the Tampa Bay, Florida area, with her husband.
