Milind Patwardhan

Milind Patwardhan leads our Private Equity relationships and GTM for Software and Software Enabled business; which comprises B2B Horizontal SaaS and B2B Vertical SaaS, including Retail Tech, FinTech and HealthTech.Milind leads the Private Equity Sponsor Value Creation teams, driving accelerated value creation throughout the deal lifecycle—from due diligence to the hold period and through to exit. Our Portfolio Operating Teams who work with Portfolio companies are also led by Milind, where he leverages the collective AI-First expertise of the group to enhance their capabilities and operating effectiveness. With over twenty-five years of experience in the Software Industry, Milind continues to focus on fueling GlobalLogic’s ongoing growth and success.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Milind was a founding member of Ness Technologies’ Managed Labs, a global software engineering services provider. He also co-founded Challenger Systems, a startup specializing in eCommerce and CRM consulting. Milind started his career in hardware systems and was part of the core team that launched Dell Computers in India.

Milind holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and is an avid student of history and culture. He enjoys competitive badminton and being actively involved in his community.
