Victoria Libin is a seasoned legal executive with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of law and technology. Victoria joined GlobalLogic in May 2024 and oversees the global legal, compliance, and corporate secretary functions, providing strategic counsel to the executive team and board of directors, and helping to build trust and integrity across the business. She brings a combination of expertise in corporate governance, strategic transactions, litigation, labor and employment, privacy, and digital transformation.
Victoria has a proven track record of sparking strategic growth and positive change in complex organizations. Prior to GlobalLogic, she served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Willow Innovations and Bright Machines, where she set up and scaled the legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions. Prior to those two late-stage startup experiences, Victoria was the Global Legal Director for Accenture Digital, where she led and mentored a global team of senior lawyers and the SVP of Business and Legal Affairs at Nickelodeon Digital, a Viacom company.
Victoria obtained her Law Degree from the University of California, San Francisco Law, and is a member of the California Bar. She is also an alumna of Harvard University and Brandeis University. Having lived in several countries, she is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian, Portuguese, and French. Outside of work, Victoria is an avid tennis player and can also be found volunteering with her certified therapy dog, a black Labrador named Winifred, at hospitals and schools.
