Requirements

• We are looking for a professional Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations and contribute in a product environment. Incumbent will be responsible for contributing towards the product, improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Proven working experience as manager with extensive experience in a product environment
• Strong program management skills
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
• Excels at operating in fast pace community & environment
• Persuasive with details and facts
• Delegate responsibilities effectively
• High comfort level working in a diverse environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

 

Job responsibilities

• Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements. Including project delivery timelines, identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation plans, and managing changes in project scope and providing alternate solutions
• This Job requires managing a team of Leads and Analysts in a 24 X 7 environment
Chalk out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
• Cater to clients’ or personnel’s concerns
• Expand and leverage client relationships through an understanding of client objectives; understanding pipeline of existing opportunities and effectively investigating and up-selling
