Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with solid experience in both Manual and Automation Testing, preferably in web application environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and capable of designing and executing robust test strategies. You’ll be working with TypeScript and Playwright, in a collaborative, agile, and English-speaking environment.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

Key Skills – Must Have
Strong experience in Automation Testing with Playwright.

Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.

Solid understanding and execution of Manual Testing techniques and strategies.

Experience working in agile environments.

Advanced English – capable of actively participating in meetings, writing documentation, and collaborating with English-speaking teams.

Key Skills – Nice to Have
Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST).

CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Experience testing React or Angular-based applications.

Job responsibilities

Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript.

Execute manual testing for exploratory scenarios, edge cases, or when automation is not applicable.

Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QAs to understand requirements and ensure product quality.

Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Contribute to the definition and implementation of best QA practices across the team.

Analyze test results, detect performance bottlenecks and help troubleshoot production issues.

Maintain and improve CI/CD testing pipelines and integration with test suites.
