We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong experience in analyzing complex datasets, building insightful dashboards, and translating data into actionable business recommendations.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product teams and other analysts to create compelling visualizations and uncover patterns that drive data-informed decision-making. You will play a critical role in defining metrics and providing the insights needed to optimize our products and services

Job responsibilities

Dashboarding & Visualization: Design and build dashboards to support data visualization and reporting requirements.
• KPI Definition: Collaborate with product teams to define key metrics and KPIs that drive business decisions.
• Deep-Dive Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Data Storytelling: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling data storytelling.
• Data Modeling: Contribute to building data modeling based on various data sources.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, workflows, and analysis methodologies.

Skillset To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are required:

Experience & Education:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL and aggregating unstructured data collected from multiple sources.

Technical Tools (Must Have):
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, ADX or similar.

Technical Tools (Nice to Have / Plus):
• Experience with Git.
• Experience with ETL processes and DBT (or equivalent tools).
• Experience with Product Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).
• Experience with R or Python.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.

Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
