Requirements

We’re seeking a Senior Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing our UEM services, with a significant focus on transitioning to Windows modern management.

• 8+ years of experience in Unified Endpoint Management, with a proven track record in Windows modern management project implementation, exploitation, and support.
• Deep technical expertise in designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting UEM platforms across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
• Strong background in endpoint security, including device hardening, data protection (encryption, VPN), application security, and vulnerability mitigation (jailbroken/rooted devices).
• Proficiency with enterprise management tools such as Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Patch Management, Software Distribution, and Asset Management systems.
• Experience with UEM cloud platform design, installation, and exploitation.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to automation and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities

• Lead and architect UEM solutions: Drive the planning, architecture, design, installation, and configuration of comprehensive UEM services, with a strong emphasis on transitioning to Windows modern management.
• Deliver full lifecycle endpoint management: Provide expert solutions, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting across diverse platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. This includes managing OS upgrades, software distribution, and asset management.
• Enhance endpoint security and data protection: Implement robust device security hardening (e.g., password protection, security factors, encryption, web filtering, VPN), manage secure application deployment (installation restrictions, blacklisting, predefined configurations), and identify/mitigate risks from jailbroken/rooted devices.
• Optimize and automate UEM operations: Monitor data consumption, manage professional/personal containers, configure network/firewall settings, perform remote management for lost/non-compliant devices, and execute custom scripts. Actively identify and implement automation opportunities for UEM service deployment and management.
• Collaborate and document: Work transversally with all IT teams to architect robust UEM solutions, and create detailed technical documentation and reports.
