Description

We are working on a web-based solution aimed at streamlining and scaling the management of complex data platform configurations. The application will feature an intuitive interface for creating, validating, and deploying configuration modules, reducing reliance on command-line tools. The focus is on improving flexibility, control, and operational safety in configuration workflows, helping users better harness the potential of large-scale data platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex design challenges
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web applications, highlighting your process and impact
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility guidelines
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and work effectively with diverse teams
• Experience working in an English-speaking environment
• A passion for making users happy through thoughtful and effective design

Job responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for a wide range of systems and features, including industrial agents and GenAI-powered solutions
• Own and solve design problems end-to-end, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and effective user experience
• Collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts in a fast-paced environment to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions
• Design user-centered solutions that empower users to effectively perform their tasks and achieve their goals within complex industrial workflows
• Design and contribute to the implementation of elegant user experiences and the underlying UI infrastructure, working closely with front-end engineers
• Actively participate in setting product and technical directions from a user experience perspective
• Work closely with skilled industrial users to deeply understand their needs and design products that contribute to their success
• Prioritize design tasks and manage time and resources effectively to maximize impact on user experience and product goals
• Maintain a strong focus on the quality of the user interface and advocate for well-structured and maintainable design systems
