Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer / Software Developer with focus on test automation. The ideal candidate will develop and enhance test automation frameworks, integrate them into Azure DevOps (ADO), and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective automation across multiple platforms. The candidate should be able to work independently while also being a supportive team member.

Requirements

Develop and implement test automation frameworks for desktop (Windows) and web applications.
Integrate test automation into Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration.
Link ADO requirements to test cases and results to ensure traceability.
Analyze and visualize test results in ADO dashboards.
Customize ADO dashboards with additional widgets and views as needed.
Collaborate with teams to assist in automating SIL/HIL tests using pytest.
Propose best practices and alternative solutions for test automation.
Participate in training sessions to enhance team skills.

Job responsibilities

Strong experience in test automation development using various tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in Python or C# and software development best practices.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and its testing capabilities.
Familiarity with Agile development processes.
Understanding terms: Page Object Model, Behavior Driven Development, Domain Specific Language for test automation
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience with automated testing of Windows GUI apps
Knowledge of web application testing and API automation.
Familiarity with SIL/HIL testing methodologies and pytest.
Understanding of software architecture principles.
