Jan Babiak

Jan’s board service focuses on companies that have complex global systems with market-competitive, cutting-edge digital platforms. She currently sits on the Risk Committee and the Audit and Conduct Review Committee for Bank of Montreal, and she is Chair of the Audit Committee and a Finance Committee member for Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. Jan’s prior board service includes the Royal Mail and Logica plc. In 2017, she was named by NACD Directorship magazine as one of the most influential people in the boardroom community.

Prior to her work as a board member, Jan Babiak spent 28 years with Ernst & Young in various board-level and global P&L leadership roles in areas such as Technology Security & Risk Services, Regulatory & Public Policy, and Climate Change & Sustainability.

Jan holds a BBA in Accounting, an MBA, and has qualifications as a CPA, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and former Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP).
