Requirements

4+ Year of Experience.

Specialist provides essential, real-time assistance to clients by
troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Help clients and
support personal level 1 and 2 with issues arising from install and configure
our product. Manage case load and respond to issues within the frame of the
SLA. Document solutions, process and procedure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for
explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage
multiple support tickets simultaneously.

Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Diagnose and resolve
technical, hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email or chat
tools.

Database knowledge: MySQL or equivalent at least know how
to query information.

Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow,
Zendesk is required, Siebel is a plus to have.

Knowledge of rest API: to use is a must, to create API is a
plus.

Knowledge of programing language: such as python or java
script is desired.

Knowledge of building software tools to automate manual
processes with framework like Angular and Flask is an extra plus.

Debugging tools: Sumo logic, Mixpanel and SSH general
commands (Linux)
