Requirements

Angular Expertise

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with 4+ years specializing in Angular 
• Deep, expert-level knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx (or other advanced state management)
• Proven experience implementing Micro-Frontend architectures or modular/monorepo setups 
Architecture & Design

• Expert knowledge of design patterns and separation of concerns
• Ability to design highly performant, scalable, and secure Single Page Applications (SPAs)
• Experience defining and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Testing & Quality

• Mastery of modern front-end testing frameworks 
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards  and security best practices
General

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment of Angular applications

Job responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Angular Expert and Architect to lead the strategic design and development of our large-scale front-end applications. This individual will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, establishing coding standards, and ensuring the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our Angular ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Define and document the overall technical architecture for new and existing Angular applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards.

Design & Development: Act as the hands-on lead developer for complex modules, setting the standard for code quality, testing, and performance using the latest versions of Angular and TypeScript.

Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, focusing on bundle size, load times, rendering speed, and complex state management strategies 

Technical Governance: Establish, maintain, and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices 

Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code review feedback to front-end development teams, promoting a culture of engineering excellence.

Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve the development process and product quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers, backend architects, and product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
