The project is about to create a common solution to visualise real-time reports/dashboards based on various events received from trains.
Project goal is to integrate inputs / signals / data coming from the railway network through other client’s services into cloud based data base solution (Azure) and then implement them as a dashboard, once place that will visualise data that will be used for monitoring and predictive maintenance
Essential
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proven track record of creating contractual, functional, and non-functional requirements that are directly actionable for agile teams.
Deep understanding of systems engineering principles, requirements lifecycle management, and validation/verification processes, e.g. the V-model.
Expertise in requirements management tools as mentioned above and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
Familiarity with safety-critical systems development.
Desirable
Certification in IREB CPRE, INCOSE CSEP, or equivalent.
Experience in Agile development environments (Scrum meets V-model).
Strong communication skills with the ability to mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with interface management, system architecture, or bid/tender documentation.
Understanding of relevant railway standards (EN 50126/28/29, IEC 61508).
Frequent visits to Client’s office (Copenhagen) will be required
Requirements Management and Engineering
Elicit, analyze, and document contractual requirements from tenders, standards, and customer specifications.
Create system-level functional and non-functional requirements that fully define behavior, interfaces, and performance criteria.
Ensure all requirements are clear, concise, complete, and verifiable, ready for implementation in agile sprints.
Manage requirement baselines using industry-standard tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Codebeamer, GitHub Projects and Linear).
Manage requirement changes and versioning and conduct impact analyses.
Maintain traceability across customer, system, and subsystem levels, ensuring complete coverage through design, implementation, and testing.
Lead the requirements review process and work together with Product Management in understanding scope and intent.
Collaboration and Interface Management
Work closely with our architecture group, requirement engineer, and product owners to align requirements with system design.
Collaborate with product engineering teams to refine and clarify technical details in iterative cycles.
Interface with project management and quality assurance to ensure contractual compliance and audit readiness.
Process and Quality Assurance
Apply railway industry standards such as EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, and EN 50657 to ensure safety and reliability compliance.
Define and enforce requirements management processes and templates aligned with company and project standards.
Continuously improve requirement quality through metrics, reviews, and lessons learned.
