  • Own backlog management, refinement, and readiness to ensure work is clear and actionable
  • Translate product vision and business objectives into Epics and Stories in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering Leads, and Architecture
  • Own sprint and release planning inputs, balancing product priorities, engineering capacity, and dependencies
  • Actively drive execution by tracking progress, following up on blockers and risks, and ensuring work reaches completion
  • Own release readiness by assessing risk, surfacing issues early, and clearly communicating whether releases are on track, at risk, or not ready
  • Collaborate proactively with Engineering, QA, Delivery, and Product stakeholders to ensure alignment and predictable delivery
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the product and be able to independently demo and explain functionality, intent, and tradeoffs to internal stakeholders
